As a sign of their corruption, cops will always take the path of least resistance when they could easily turn and arrest John Dingell who works for them too. They have every right to question orders when policy is ineffective.
And you know Dingell would be out for their heads, to lock them in jail forever, while the concerned father and his son are allowed to go back to their lives as best they can, until the next fight.

I don't see why Robot Chicken wouldn't have a skit where a handicapped kid in a wheelchair fights a decrepit old senator, isn't that what they do? Why is it still more fun to ridicule Britney Spears than to assault the right-wing, has Obama ran out of kool-aid? Where's the skit of Tea Party protesters “teabagging” themselves in outrage over socialism? Doesn't the left have anything else to hand out?
