Miller, former director of the campus clinic where Cho was counseled because of his disturbing behavior, took the records home more than a year before Cho killed 32 people and committed suicide on April 16, 2007.
A lawsuit they filed in April claims Miller was told by Cho's English professors about his disturbing behavior and by the school's residential director that Cho had a history of erratic behavior and suicidal thoughts and had "blades" in his room. "
So the university had multiple chances to halt the situation yet they chose not to. The Pope not only made it plain from the outset that true progress for people depends on “the defense and promotion of life” but also unexpectedly gave Obama a copy of Dignitas Personae ("Dignity of a Person"), a recent Vatican document explaining the church’s position on abortion, embryonic stem-cell research, and other life issues.
Here's what we call absence of dignity and why Americans are expected to live that way. Also why I defy anyone's expectations personally and responsibly.

"To the extent several websites, most notably liberal Alaska blogger Shannyn Moore, are now claiming as 'fact' that Governor Palin resigned because she is 'under federal investigation' for embezzlement or other criminal wrongdoing, we will be exploring legal options this week to address such defamation," Van Flein said in a statement. "This is to provide notice to Ms. Moore, and those who re-publish the defamation, such as Huffington Post, MSNBC, the New York Times and The Washington Post, that the Palins will not allow them to propagate defamatory material without answering to this in a court of law."
