Kinda turns this Cone's liberation arguement upside down. If he's not quoting specific scripture he's trying to communicate a political inclination which is simply not present in the Christian Bible, and that truth is what Jesus was killed for in the first place.

Jesus wants everyone to be a Christian, it's the man who wants wealth, power and control. If Obama refuses to help Gates with a simple task making it someone else's problem he is symbolically enforcing social justice through political reparations on the rest of us.
