Nobody Expects the Inquisition!

Terror auctions, the new American slavery...I'd sure feel safer if some people were in jail or at least unable to influence policy.

“I’m so glad that I saw Rachel Maddow. She’s brilliant. She’s absolutely fantastic. And her diagnosis of the ills of the American right are so right on. I mean, basically, what you’re doing is just saying no. You’re like belligerent children. You have no concept of how hard people have worked to get this together, and to make sure that we win. We WILL win, and will continue. That’s why Obama got elected.”

Holy frak that's like the hottest voice I ever heard used for real life torment. Maybe she'd like to know what getting slapped with a Bible feels like.

Sounds pretty threatening to me...but will Rachel condemn this? Maybe a word about that on tomorrow’s show to condemn the hatred of fellow human beings? I won’t hold my breath.

Yeah right, I bet those lezbo terrorists caught Madcow by the..er...

Shazbot!

Evil and Destruction Clause

(CNSNews.com) -- House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) said the “good and welfare clause” gives Congress the authority to require individuals to buy health insurance as mandated in the health care bill. However, there is no “good and welfare clause” in the U.S. Constitution.

Michelle Obama Is Not Anti-Twinkie

MICHELLE OBAMA: That strikes me as extreme because, you know, a Twinkie is not a cigarette. You know? And what, you know, what parents need is just information about what's in the Twinkie and, `How much of this can we eat?' It's not that we can't have a Twinkie, you know?

Any Time

We know we’ll beat them at the ballot box, but we have to kill this bill before November. This is the final push. We must stand up and stand together one last time to insist on true market-oriented, patient-centered health care reform that reflects America’s values and the will of the people.

They Make the Rules

The Senate Parliamentarian has ruled that President Barack Obama must sign Congress’ original health care reform bill before the Senate can act on a companion reconciliation package, senior GOP sources said Thursday.

The Drudge Report itself posted a report on Tuesday debunking the Senate Sergeant at Arms’ claim and stating that the Web site had clocked almost 30 million page views on Monday without a single reader complaining via email that the site had transmitted a virus.

Liberals Zombie-Love on More Liberals

I am not joking. If you see symptoms of me frothing, twitching, or ranting until my eyeballs pop out and roll across the floor – I want you to hack me to pieces with a hatchet. Try to make it quick. And if you disagree with me, you’re a homophobic racist tea-partying baby-eater.

Not a Good Sign

Rush: "Can't get 'em to eat the dog food" was thought to have originated -- now, this is open for debate here. It was thought to have originated from testimonial-type TV ads for Alpo dog food in which the actor Lorne Greene claimed that he fed Alpo to his own dogs.

This is all well and good, but "Did he eat it?" is the point. Did Lorne Greene go out and do television commercials, then open a can of Alpo and start eating it and then feed it to his dogs?

No! Juan Williams said they "can't get the American people to eat the dog food." Marketing term or not, he has stumbled across a big truth.

I doubt Lorne Greene ate the dog food himself but it can't be a good trend for all the new darker, more confusing, reimagined Battlestar mythology SyFy is cranking out.
